- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Mark Massa and his team have exceeded my expectations again. I'm re-financing my house and Mark has done an great job getting me the best rate. My re-finance was a bit complicated because I financed a backyard landscape job through PACE, the program that assists with the financing to do water efficient landscaping/upgrades. Even through all the complications, Mark worked really hard to sort through it all and was able to pay off the PACE loan, get me a lower interest rate, and lower my monthly mortgage.
